This is for families who want a trusted advisor embedded in the player's journey across every dimension: championship mindset building, baseball knowledge development, college recruiting and career strategy, life skills, family guidance, health and injury navigation, and network access. Everything connected. Nothing left behind or too small to address.
Premium Concierge partnerships are built for the long term. We meet regularly, we communicate constantly, and I'm available when the moment matters — not just during scheduled sessions. This is the deepest level of engagement I offer, and I take on a very limited number of these families at any given time.

TIER 2:
Specialized Pathway
Targeted Excellence in Key Areas
Not every family needs all six service pillars right away. The Specialized Pathway lets you choose three areas of focus and go deep on those — with the same level of strategic planning, regular engagement, and personalized attention.
Some families come in focused on recruiting navigation, mindset development, and family advisory. Others need life skills, injury recovery support, and network connections. The combination is built around the player's specific situation, and it can evolve as the needs change.

TIER 3:
Project-Based Consulting
Intensive Solutions for Specific Challenges
Sometimes a family needs intensive, expert attention on a specific challenge within a defined window. A recruiting decision that needs to be navigated in the next six weeks. An injury with an uncertain diagnosis or that has created a crisis of confidence. A transition point that requires clear thinking and a plan.
Project-Based Consulting is built for those moments. We define the scope together, build an action plan, meet as frequently as needed, and close with a clear deliverable. Typical engagements run two to eight weeks, though can vary highly.
Who this is for: Families facing a specific, time-sensitive challenge who need focused expertise, rapid problem-solving, strategic clarity, and a structured plan to work through it.
TIER 4:
Foundational Development Program
Building Excellence From the Ground Up
Some players come to Marvel Mentorship & Advisory with years of experience but no structured development plan underneath it. Others are just getting started and want to build the right habits from day one. This tier is for both.
The Foundational Development Program establishes the core framework — mindset development and mental skills, baseball IQ, character development, physical development guidance, academic planning, and recruiting education — through regular strategy sessions and player development meetings. Whether the player is entering high school, a freshman finding his footing, or a junior who's talented but has never had someone connect all the pieces.
It's not about where he is on the timeline. It's about making sure the foundation is in place so he's ready when opportunity finds him, or better yet, creates the opportunity himself.
Who this is for: Families who want to invest in structured, intentional development — regardless of where the player is in the journey.
TIER 5:
Remote Advisory Program
Expert Guidance Without Geographic Boundaries
Not every family is in the Triangle area of North Carolina, and geography shouldn't determine whether you have access to this kind of guidance. The Remote Advisory Program delivers the same core development areas entirely through virtual engagement.
This isn't a watered-down version of in-person work. The sessions are structured, the communication is consistent, and the relationship is real. The only thing that changes is the convenience of connecting from anywhere.
Who this is for: Families outside the Triangle area of North Carolina who want substantive, ongoing mentorship and advisory support delivered virtually.
TIER 6:
Team & Organization Engagements
Group Impact and Broader Community Reach
The principles that drive individual player development — mental toughness, character, accountability, navigating pressure — translate powerfully to groups. Marvel Mentorship & Advisory works with high school teams, travel ball organizations, and facilities through presentations, clinics, and workshops ranging from focused 60-minute sessions to full-day engagements.
They're structured, interactive sessions built on real experience and research-backed studies, designed to leave players, coaches, and families with something they can use the next day.
